Even though many students chose to eat other shop, but the shop has been there for seven years. They have many regular customers and even the alumni of Universiti Utara Malaysia always visit their shop for their nostalgic memories. The foods offered also are very delicious and affordable.

Western's Corner also offers Chicken Sausages with French Fries with the price of RM3.50. This is very affordable for students as the price is very cheap. Many students love to order this menu as this is very satisfying and fulfill their hunger of Western foods. The food also is very delicious.

One of the threats of Western's Corner is limited student in Kachi area. This is hard for the students inside Universiti Utara Malaysia to get the foods in here. So, the sales in Kachi Mall is not so good as being inside as there are more students inside. The other threats of Western's Corner is the environment factor. If the weather is not so good, the students will most likely will stay in their room and not will be getting any foods or probably go eating somewhere closer, so the Western's Corner not getting any much profit when the weather is not good.

One of the opportunities of Western's Corner is they need to take opportunity as there is no other shop selling Western foods in Kachi Mall so they need to grab this chance to attract as much as students to buy their foods. Even though sometimes students prefer to buy rice as their foods, there are also students who regularly buy Western foods. It is really up to people preference. The other opportunity for Western's Corner is they have professional and reputable cook. This shop has been in business for almost seven years so they are really reputable shop so they need to take this opportunity as much as possible to attract as much as students to buy their foods.

One of the weaknesses of Western's Corner they have very limited space as they are sharing the lot with the burger's owner next to him. So, they have very limited space to move around. Even so, they never stop to fulfill every customer needs of their foods. They are making themselves at home and working together to sort out this problem. The other weaknesses of Western's Corner is they do have limited workers as the shop is quiet small so they can move freely. They only have three workers to fulfill all customers' orders so it might take some time to finish every order. However, they are very committed to work and try their best to fulfill customers' needs.

One of the strengths of Western's Corner is there is less competitors among others in Kachi Mall. Other shop in Kachi Mall usually offers rice as their main dish but not in Western's Corner because they offer variety range of different Western's foods. Other strength for Western's Corner is they offer the usage of plastic container for take-away foods. This is very eco-friendly and saves lots of money too. The other shops should follow this as this is enviromental friendly and could save lots of money and preserving the Earth as well.

Western's Corner also offers Potato Wedges with Chili Sauce & Cheese Mayo. Even though the menu used two different sauces, but the taste is really good mixing well for together. The price for this menu is RM3.50. It is very affordable and cheap. Many students love to order this menu as this is very good for students financial saving.

Western's Corner also offers Chicken Chop with Butter Rice with the price of RM4.00. This is very affordable price for all students. This menu also is very famous for fot students as it is very cheap. Many people loves this menu as it is very delicious and cheap.

Western's Corner offered Spaghetti Bolognese with Baby Chicken Chop with the price of RM8.50. It is very delicious and fulfill our satisfaction. The price offered is very affordable for all students. The spaghetti tastes so right with the chicken chop even for some people it might sounds weird, but it really matches together. We rated this menu for 4 stars.

We had a shop visit on 10th May 2017, 1800hrs to try few of the scrumptious foods offered by Western's Corner. We had a blast and enjoyed the foods. The owner is so friendly and everyone is amazed how kind he is. He also offered us free foods in return of promoting his shop. We thanked him enough for his kind gesture.

Western's Corner offers different variety kinds of Western's foods. The list of Western's food offered goes on and on. There are so many scrumptious foods that is being offered here. These includes mushroom soup, nuggets, chicken sausages, french fries, pizza, spaghetti, chicken chop, fish fillet, fish and chips, lamb chop and potato wedges.

The owner of Western's Corner is Mr. Azman. He is 32 years old. He is very committed to his work and always being friendly with students. Most of the students like his humble personality as he is very kind person. He also cooks great foods. Even though he been operate this business for 7 years in Kachi Mall, he never wanted to give up on the shop because cooking is his passion. He loves to share his great foods with others and feedback from others improvises him a lot.

The business operation for Western's Corner is on 12PM until 10PM everyday. The owner, Mr. Azman is very concerned regarding the students problem, wanted to eat Western foods but due to limited time and money and it is also hard to find around too. So, the owner, Mr. Azman offers variety of Western's food located near the Universiti Utara Malaysia, so the students and even staffs can enjoy the scrumptious Western's foods.

Most of the students staying in SME Residential Area and Bank Rakyat Residential Area love the menu offered by Western's Corner. The price is also affordable for students.
